Description The Tulip armless chair was designed by Finnish-American designer Eero Saarinen in 1956. In a 1956 cover story in Time magazine, Eero Saarinen said he was designing a collection to "clear up the slum of legs in the U.S. home." Later that year, he completed his Pedestal Table and Tulip™ Chair Collection (1956) and obliterated the "slum" by creating a cast aluminium base inspired by a drop of high-viscosity liquid. Moulded fibreglass; cast aluminium base Swivel seat with a padded cushion. These elegant and practical Tulip Chairs are ideal when teamed with one of the Tulip Tables as a dining chair. White Glove Installation is a professional furniture installation service. Your order is delivered inside the room with a professional team. This team will unpack, install and place your furniture into position. Without this service, your order will be delivered, in the original packaging, to the entrance of your home by our delivery team.
Please note this installation service is only valid if your furniture can be freely moved into your room on our transportation trolley carts by lift or ground floor. The service does not include any walk up or walk down to different floor levels. This service can be purchased separately under the walk up service fee. This service does not include the fixing / mounting to concrete walls.
Please note that the installation of all our mounted lamps should be performed by a certified electrician and not by our team, we are happy to refer you.
