Do you have a showroom where I can view your products?
We have a 4,000 sq ft "New York Loft Style" office, where we have different pieces from each factory on display. We find it important you can see, test and feel the actual furniture products. Our staff has years of experience in interior design and furniture, we are happy to discuss lay out plans and projects, we will support giving interior advise to our customers. We cooperate with the leading interior design firms, therefore we think we can help to find solutions to your interior questions. We are located at the 10th floor, Lok's Industrial Building, 204 Tsat Tsz Mui Road, Quarry Bay (MTR exit C), Hong Kong.
What are the delivery fees?
At SofaSale we believe we should not make money on the delivery of our products, we deliver all our goods at cost to your door. We deliver your order for a fixed price of HKD 300 per order to all destinations in Hong Kong (except outlying islands). For our clients in Discovery Bay we do charge the additional toll/bridge fees of HKD 170 and our clients in Tung Chung we do charge the additional toll/bridge fees of HKD 140.
Free shipping for orders above HKD 10,000 with the exception of the outlying Islands.
For our customers on South Lantau Island we normally handover to specail Lantau permitted delivery truck, handover is done in Tung Chung. The final delivery rate depends on your exact location and the volume of your shipment. Please contact our Customer Service for details.
For smaller items, we have the option to pick up from our showroom in Quarry Bay or warehouse in Kwai Chung to avoid the HKD 300 delivery charge. You can select this option in the check-out process, please let our Customer Service know about your preferred pick up location.
Please do note that the delivery includes a to door service; in the case the Sofa does not fit your lift, or you live in a walk up building, our SofaSale delivery company will deliver to your outside front door. Our SofaSale delivery company is more than happy to deliver inside your house at a small additional charge.

Note: This charge is only valid if there is free access, in case the access is too narrow and too complicated, it will cause risk of damaging your furniture, in that case our delivery team can not support your delivery. Please discuss details with our Customer Service before placing your order.Does SofaSale do full installation of all the products?
Within our standard rate installation is not included, in case you require installation of your sofa, table, chair of cabinet, we can offer the White Glove Installation service. Please select during check out.
Please note that the installation of all our mounted lamps should be performed by a registered electrician, we are happy to refer you.
What is the White Glove Delivery Service?
This is a professional furniture installation service; where your order is delivered inside the room with a 2 man professional team. This team will unpack, install and place your furniture pieces into position. Without this service, your order will be delivered packed to the entrance of your home by our delivery team.
Please note this installation service is only valid if your furniture can be freely moved into your room on our transportation trolley carts by lift or ground floor. The service does not include any walk up or walk down to different floor levels. This service can be purchased separately under the walk up service fee.
Please note that the installation of all our mounted lamps should be performed by a certified electrician and not by our team, we are happy to refer you.
Is it safe to pay by credit card through your website?
All credit card transactions are processed through state of the art technology using the AsiaPay/PayDollar credit card gateway. During the check out process, you will be automatically re-directed to the secure AsiaPay/PayDollar website to complete the transaction. It enables you to pay without sharing your financial information with sellers. Are your prices always the best?
We have to find lower prices anywhere than ours. Sometimes we'll find a store that will have a couple of prices that are close to ours. That is usually because the store is having a huge sale on only that one item, they are closing, or there are many hidden fees attached to it.
We suggest you look at our products and prices, go to any retailer, or online store and search for similar ones and then you'll see the extreme price difference. If a store does have similar prices, check to see if:
A) Shipping charged at cost price
B) Do they offer you a new product for that price, or just the showroom model, which is used and maybe damaged.
C) Do they offer you 1 year quality guarantee?
Can I change the dimensions of the product I wish to buy?

Can I change the way the Sofa sectional turns?
Any sectionals we have can be flipped so that the "L" is facing your desired way.
To do this mark the "reverse Layout" check box option on the sofa/sectional order form.
How come your prices can be so low?
In order to answer this question, we have another question: Why is European Designed Furniture so expensive in Hong Kong?
Because many of you put down the money and buy. Retailers know this, and thus charge whatever they want, and mark up their products. Retailers in Hong Kong create exclusive retail environments and push up the prices to get the “right” return on their investment.
At SofaSale, we believe in today's world that is no longer accepted by our valuable clients.
Our prices are only based on the production cost plus shipping cost, we are able to source left over inventory in our internal network, which gives us unique cost advances over traditional retailers.
So we offer the same products as you can buy in the retail shops, but given the fact we have a much lower cost per product we can offer more discount.

How do you choose which manufacturers to use?
Since we have been in the business for 20+ years we know the European furniture market. We have long term relationship in place with the main furniture players in the world. We have gone through an extensive screening processes for each manufacturer in terms of: quality, reliability, history, management and products. The manufacturers we work with have been supplying you with the products you've been using your whole lives. The only difference is that you can now purchase rest stock through our outlet store.
What really makes SofaSales different?

All of our products come with a 12 months manufacturer's warranty against manufacturing defects, starting from the date of invoicing. To put you at further ease, our products are manufactured using high-quality materials and are regularly quality assured in person by our team. We have worked with our suppliers for several years as they offer unrivaled quality workmanship. We are confident that our products are durable enough to provide you with comfort and enjoyment for a long time to come.
