We use imported American Ash wood, ensure this solid wooden furniture product is highly durable and will last for many years. Lead-time for our Eco-Series products is around 3-5 weeks.

Please note: we advise our customers to pay us a visit and review the actual colours of the wood swatch in natural day light, in order to get the best impression of the final result. For those customers who do prefer to place their order online, we made a photo of the colour selection. (see above)

This Eco-Series product is made from solid important American Ash wood, every piece is hand-made and is having a unique character. Small dents, holes, cracks etc. are part of the nature of reclaimed wood and, upon professional judgment by our craftsman, fitting well with the Eco-Series Style and design. By ticking the disclaimer box above I understand that small wood imperfections are acceptable for the above product. Variations in wood grain, crack, texture and colour, and other natural characteristics are inherent to reclaimed solid wood. 

Due to indoor climate changes and the fluctuations in humidity, the wood may shrink/expand during the lifetime of the product.  The use of reclaimed wood combined with proper wax, oil or paint maintenance will limit the risk of cracks and splits, but there is no absolute guarantee.  By ticking the disclaimer box above, I understand the risk of solid wooden furniture in a humid + air-conditioned environment,  I understand SofaSale Service ltd will not cover humidity or maintenance related damages under their 1 year quality guarantee policy.   

What is the White Glove Installation Service?

This is a professional furniture installation service; where your order is delivered inside the room with a 2 man professional team. This team will unpack, install and place your furniture pieces into position. Without this service, your order will be delivered packed to the entrance of your home by our delivery team.

Please note this installation service is only valid if your furniture can be freely moved into your room on our transportation trolley carts by lift or ground floor. The service does not include any walk up or walk down to different floor levels. This service can be purchased separately under the walk up service fee.
