What is the White Glove Installation Service?
This is a professional furniture installation service; where your order is delivered inside the room with a 2 man professional team. This team will unpack, install and place your furniture pieces into position. Without this service, your order will be delivered packed to the entrance of your home by our delivery team.
Please note this installation service is only valid if your furniture can be freely moved into your room on our transportation trolley carts by lift or ground floor. The service does not include any walk up or walk down to different floor levels. This service can be purchased separately under the walk up service fee.
Please note that the installation of all our mounted lamps should be performed by a certified electrician and not by our team, we are happy to refer you.
