Delivery Costs:
White Glove Installation is a professional furniture installation service. Your order is delivered inside the room with a professional team. This team will unpack, install and place your furniture into position. Without this service, your order will be delivered, in the original packaging, to the entrance of your home by our delivery team.
Please note this installation service is only valid if your furniture can be freely moved into your room on our transportation trolley carts by lift or ground floor. The service does not include any walk up or walk down to different floor levels. This service can be purchased separately under the walk up service fee. This service does not include the fixing / mounting to concrete walls.
Please note that the installation of all our mounted lamps should be performed by a certified electrician and not by our team, we are happy to refer you.
Is there no lift in your building? We provide a walk up service for HK$ 200 per floor, whether this is up or down. 5/F and up will be upon special quotation on request. Please call us at 2541 1230

The Sofa frame is made out of dried solid wood. The wood has undergone a steam drying treatment in order to bring the moisture content to the absolute highest standard to meet the European furniture industry standards. This will guarantee the long-lasting life of your sofa. The foam used in the sofa is 35/40 (kg/m3) for the main seating cushions and 30/35 (kg/m3) for the backrest cushions and the armrest cushions. The fabric is made out of 100% Polyester Fabric, Flocking Fabric, or Cotton Flax. All our fabrics and foam we use do consist of the UK BS 5852 and USA CA 117 fire retardant certifications and regulations.
